Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Your deposit holds your spot for up to a year.

We ask for at least 48 business hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel, otherwise your deposit is forfeited.

Deposits are specific to your artist and can't be transferred to someone else.

Your deposit comes off the final session of your tattoo.

We love kids and animals, just not in the shop during appointments.

A support person is always welcome, but please keep your crew small. If you don't belong, don't be long.

We don't tattoo anyone under 18, even with a parent present.

Please arrive sober. We can't tattoo you if you're intoxicated.

We reserve the right to decline any work at our discretion.

Please try to arrive right on time, not too early and not too late.

If you're more than 30 minutes late, we may need to forfeit your deposit and reschedule.

Bring a pillow or stuffy.

Bring headphones.

Bring snacks.

Stay hydrated.

Classic dos and don'ts: eat a good meal beforehand, wear comfortable clothing that gives your artist easy access, and moisturize the area in the days leading up to your appointment.
